Roof tiles are exposed to the harsh elements of the British Weather – namely rain, snow, heat and frost , which all break down your roofing surface. Eventually your roof becomes less water resistant as the protective coating wares off and algae, lichens and moss start to thrive. Your roof will also absorb water, adding to the weight that the structure has to bear. The fungi will detract from the look of your house and will end up in your gutters – eventually blocking your drains!

We will thoroughly clean your roof and then spray on a fungal deterrent. Two coats of protective paint will then be applied, thus comes in a choice of 6 colours. This process will seal your roof and prohibit the growth of the aggressive fungi. Our proven coating is breathable but waterproof. It is also reflective, flexible and thermal.
